Scott and Company LLC is pleased to announce the promotions of A. Tyler Deese, Elizabeth L. Dinndorf, CPA, and Amanda E. Hawkins.

Deese joined the firm in 2017 as a staff accountant and will be taking on the new role of associate accountant. Dinndorf, who is stepping into the role of in-charge accountant, has also been with Scott and Company since 2017. Hawkins joined the firm in 2016 and has been promoted to associate accountant.

“These promotions are well deserved,” said Don Mobley, CPA, managing member of Scott and Company LLC. “We are thrilled to have Amanda, Tyler and Elizabeth as part of the team, and we are pleased to see them take this next step in their careers.”

Deese graduated summa cum laude from Liberty University, earning a Master of Science in Accounting with high distinction and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He is currently in the process of applying for his CPA licensure in South Carolina. Deese is a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars (NSCS), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants (SCACPA).  Outside of the office, he enjoys going to the lake, riding ATVs, working out, and playing sports. He is a resident of Columbia, South Carolina.

A graduate of Winthrop University, Dinndorf received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting in 2007. Prior to joining Scott and Company, she served as internal audit staff at a bank in Mount Olive, North Carolina and as audit staff accountant at a firm in Columbia. Dinndorf is a member of the AICPA and the SCACPA. She currently resides in Columbia, South Carolina.

Hawkins is a 2015 graduate of the University of South Carolina where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She is a member of the University of South Carolina’s Alumni Association and is affiliated with the AICPA and the SCACPA. In her free time, Hawkins enjoys coaching gymnastics and serving in college ministry. She currently lives in Columbia with her husband, Elliott.
